I’m pretty sure a lot of you guys have already tried that Laphroaig 10yo that you can find anywhere, so let’s review this dram with some other OB’s from that great distillery!

Here I am, embracing the meme joke from a friend and trying this dram that most of us have started in the whisky world with!

Hazelburn 18yo 2001-2020 (47.4%, OB)
Longrow 10yo 2020 (53.7%, OB)

Paul John 7 yo 2011-2019 (56.3%, Cadenhead)

Well to be honest this is not really the first one. I tasted some of the official bottlings 2 years ago at the Toulouse whisky festival and I liked it, the only problem was the dilution. So as of now I’m pretty thrilled about trying a cask strength version of this Indian whisky!

Tormore 24 yo 1995-2019 (55.8%, Le Gus’t)


The first whisky review on this website was another Tormore 1995 from « Le Gus’t » and today I’ll try his brother, a sherried one!

Lagavulin Lg7 « 2017 release » (56.8%, Elixir Distillers)

Those lovely bottles always makes me think about old medicine jars in pharmacies. During the Sunday live stream I even get the question « Is it medicine », well we will try this medicine for sure!

An Cnoc 18yo « 2020 release » (46%, OB)
An Cnoc 39yo 1975-2014 (44.2%, OB)

Yeah I’m sorry for that tittle, let’s gain my forgiveness by reviewing those two An Cnoc bottlings, that 1975 one really puzzles me!

Glendronach 15yo « Revival-2009 Edition » (46.0%, OB)

I really like to have a good & cheap sherry to drink as a daily dram and that’s why I bough this one. After some years in the bottle let’s see what’s inside!

The 2020 edition of the Feis ile edition was virtual too and I hope it will change rapidly! Here are two bottlings released for this particular event, let’s listen to some Jazz music and review those drams!

You could have had my first impressions about this bottling in the 21st February tasting but I wanted to go further because it really got my attention.
