Today let’s discover two rums from a french bottler called L’Esprit. Theses are a bit similar on the paper, they come from the Travellers distillery in Belize.

Hubert Corman is a Belgian independent bottler since many years now. His shop is located in Battice, where I went several times to catch some of his bottlings.

In the 90’s the Uitvlugt distillery used several stills: Savalle, Port Mourant and Versailles. I tasted a bunch of 7 of these Guyanese bottlings and tried to identify which still was used for each one.
